Dorothy Pacheco, a native of southeast Denver, cultivated a lifelong passion for sports, leadership, and operational excellence throughout her upbringing. She holds degrees from Colorado College and Denver University’s Sturm College of Law.
Throughout her illustrious career, Dorothy has made significant contributions to international sports organizations, notably the International Olympic Committee and the United States Olympic Committee. Her expertise in operational improvement has enhanced the performance and competitiveness of Olympic and cycling development.
Dorothy has held executive leadership positions at Topeak International, The Accell Group, and Huffy Sports, where she spearheaded innovative initiatives that propelled the cycling and outdoor industries to new heights of success.
As a dedicated sports and community development advocate, Dorothy has served on numerous boards, including the National Western Stock Show, Colorado College, and UCI International Commissaire.
Currently residing in Boulder with her partner Jeff and their puppy Bella, Dorothy and her family are avid outdoor enthusiasts. They operate a beekeeping cottage industry business under the name: BellasBeesCO.
